Finance This Domain
If you do not want to buy a domain upfront, and would rather finance your purchase we can accommodate that. HugeDomains offers the ability for you to customize the duration of your plan, anywhere from 2 months to 12 months out. The following table breaks down the payments that would be required:
Understanding the numbers
Above you have selected a 2 month plan. Your monthly payments will be $1,297.50 per month. You will be required to make one monthly payment before full ownership of the domain will be moved into your control. At the end of one month you will have paid $2,595.00 for the domain and will own the domain outright. If you break your contract at any point (by defaulting on payment for 3 months), there is no remaining obligations to pay the balance and the domain will be moved back to the original seller.
At any point you will be given an opportunity to pay off any remaining amount. For example, if you pick an 8 month plan paying $324.37 per month and after 5 months you have paid $1,621.85, you will be able to do an "early settlement" at which point where you pay the remaining $973.15, the sale will be completed and you will be given full control over the domain.
How Domain Financing Works
When a domain is purchased on a payment plan, it will be transferred to your own account under at the registrar NameBright.com. The domain will have a registrar-lock until all payments on the domain have been made. As we have a specific arrangement with NameBright, any time a payment in the payment plan is missed, the domain will stop working and take you to a page that says you need to make another payment on the domain.
Once all payments have been rendered, the lock will be removed from the domain, you will be given full ownership of the domain, and you will be allowed to transfer the domain to any registrar of your choice. If monthly payments are missed 3 consecutive months in a row, you will be in default and the domain will be returned to its previous owner and the sales contract will be null and void.
